If you are having trouble logging in, try one of these solutions:
- The most common cause is when you copy and paste password from an email to the screen. Enter the password by typing it in where required.

Your association/club’s Member Zone is designed to provide members with a single profile to be used for all registrations and most volunteer activities. If you are getting this message, it means that a profile has already been created in the system with your email address. Perhaps a spouse or other family member used your email address to set up an account? Use the Password Reminder to have a new password sent to you. If this does not resolve your access, contact your registrar or administrator to assist.

Can I pay with Visa Debit, Prepaid or Gift card?
You are able to pay with these card types. However there may be some additional work on your part:- Visa Debit is processed the same as a visa though the funds come out of your bank account instead of line of credit with Visa.
- Prepaid cards are the exact same as a Visa transaction but instead of using the line of credit it uses the cash balance that was loaded on the card
- Visa Gift Cards are a bit different. A retail or face to face transaction is generally fine. However, for ecommerce/online transactions, you must register the card with Visa to validate the name and address or it will be declined

I am a team official (coach, asst coach or manager) or a referee. How can I access PowerUp on my mobile phone?
Team officials can use the PowerUp Connect iOS and Android apps to access coach tools, such as viewing their team roster(s), messaging their team through the mass emailer, seeing team members’ attendance for events/games, creating custom team events, and more. For those with older phones where the app is not installable, coaches can use the mobile web version of PowerUp Connect, where most of the features of the app are available. To access the mobile web version of PowerUp Connect: https://m.powerupsports.com
Note: features for referees to use the apps and mobile web version of PowerUp Connect is currently in development. In the interim, referees can log into their club’s PowerUp installation on their mobile phones, where you will find all the same tools as on the computer or tablet, but cleanly formatted for smaller screens.
